FAQ - K9PRO Dog Training
1. Why should I train my dog or puppy?
To list just a few reasons: to avoid behavioral problems in your home; to have control over your dog in social settings; to have a calmer, more confident dog; to have a better bond with your dog...
2. Do you offer training for dogs or puppies?
Both.
3. Do you offer private or group classes?
We offer mainly private 1-on-1 classes. Group classes will occasionally be accepted if you gather a group of people that want to train their dogs (ie. yourself and some friends/neighbors that want to take training classes).
4. Where do the classes take place?
In your home.
5. How long is a training program? How often are the classes? How long is each class?
A program usually lasts around 8 weeks. There is a class once a week. Each class is about an hour long.
6. How quickly will I start noticing positive changes in my dog?
You will start noticing positive behavioral changes in your dog from the second week.
7. Will basic obedience training help me solve other behavioral problems?
Obedience training will resolve at least 85% of all behavioral problems. Any bad habits that still remain afterwards can be individually targeted once training is over.
8. What is the cost of training?
It's impossible to give an exact price without actually evaluating your dog. The cost depends on the age of your dog (or puppy), his/her race, and other factors that affect canine behavior. To get an approxiate pricing range you can contact us by phone but to give you the actual price we'd need to evaluate your dog.
9. Why should I choose K9PRO?
We stand out from the rest because: we save you the hassle of driving to a training school; our methods never fail to produce results; we are always available outside of class hours for questions; and we guarantee our work for as long as you have your dog!
10. I've reviewed your site and I'm considering training my dog. What's the next step?
We need to schedule a consultation session with you at your residence in order to evaluate your dog, answer any questions you may have, and determine what type of training most benefits your dog. Contact us!
